Refund Policy

At Accoxi, we strive to deliver reliable, user-friendly cloud accounting software that adds real value to your business and professional workflow. We understand that you have many choices, and we truly appreciate your trust in Accoxi. This Refund Policy explains the steps we will take if, at any time, our services do not meet your expectations.

Scope

The following point applies to Accoxi Web site and the services we provide through it.

1. Monthly Subscriptions

If, at any time during your first month of using an Accoxi paid service, you are dissatisfied, please contact our support team.

  • We will make every reasonable effort to:

    • Understand and resolve your concern

    • Provide a workaround where possible, or

    • Share a clear timeline for a permanent solution

If you are still not satisfied after this process, we will provide a FULL REFUND of the amount paid for that month and downgrade your account to the free plan, where applicable.

2. Annual Subscriptions

Accoxi does not require customers to choose annual subscriptions to access its services. We offer annual plans to provide flexibility and cost savings in exchange for an upfront commitment.

If, at any time during the first 45 days of your annual subscription, you are dissatisfied:

  • Please notify us immediately.

  • We will attempt to resolve the issue, offer a workaround, or provide a solution timeline.

If the issue remains unresolved to your satisfaction, a FULL REFUND will be issued, and your account will be downgraded to the applicable free plan.

3. Service Changes During an Active Contract

Your satisfaction is important to us throughout the entire subscription period, not just during the initial trial window.

If, at any time during your active subscription, Accoxi:

  • Removes,

  • Breaks, or

  • Discontinues
    any core functionality that was available at the time you subscribed,

please notify us immediately.

If we:

  • Fail to restore the functionality within the promised timeline, or

  • Are unable to provide a satisfactory workaround for discontinued features,

we will issue a PRO-RATED REFUND for the remaining unused period of your subscription.

4. Partial Downgrade of Add-ons

There may be situations where you choose to partially downgrade the Add-ons

  • No cash refunds are issued for partial downgrades.

5. General Notes

 

  • Refunds are processed using the original payment method wherever possible.

  • Refund requests must be initiated through Accoxi Support or the official customer portal.

  • Taxes, government levies, or payment gateway charges (if applicable) may be excluded from refunds, subject to local regulations.

 

 

6. Changes to this Refund Policy

Accoxi.com has the discretion to update this refund policy at any time. We encourage Users to frequently check this page for any changes to stay informed about how we are helping to protect the personal information we collect. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review this privacy policy periodically and become aware of modifications.
