Yes, you can update the product rate for a particular branch by Rate Update option in Inventory module.

• Click on the Inventory module and select the option Rate update
• Then click on the option +New Rate Update
• Click on the product option and select the product that you want to update rate
• After select the product, Click on Update To option and select the branch that you want to change the rate
