Yes. You can delete the created Item Request form from the following steps.

• Click on the Inventory module
• Select the option Item Request. Item Request Search page will open and it consist of various menus and created form of item requests.
• Click on the Settings icon on the right hand side of the table data. This menu includes two options, Edit and Delete.
• Click on the Delete option to delete the created item request form.
