Yes, you can add welcome points as opening points when creating a new card.

• Click on the Inventory module and select Loyalty
• Select the option Loyalty card, then it opens to Loyalty card search
• Click on +New Card Master to create new card
• Enter the details of card name, card amount, card points, point values and also can enter opening points as welcome points
• After enter the details, click on Save to create new card master
