Yes, you can Inactive card scheme by following steps,

• Click on the Inventory module and select Loyalty
• Select the option Card scheme, then it opens to Loyalty card scheme search
• Click on the Edit (pencil) icon on the right hand side of data table
• It opens to card scheme form and unmark the Active option to change it as Inactive
• Click on Update option to save the changes
