Yes. You can filter the Purchases by items report by using the option Customize Report and can filter the data by following steps; 

• Click on the Reports Module.
• Select the report purchases by items from purchase head.
• Click on the Customize Report menu.
• By clicking on the customize report, you can filter the report by date between, product, ref.no
• Click on Run Report to get the customized data.
