In Accoxi, the "Manage Cost Centre" feature allows you to define distinct cost centres within the system. This functionality enables the creation of multiple departments or projects, each serving as a separate cost centre.

Field

1. Filter

You can filter the search conditions either by entering the cost centre name in the search bar or by utilizing the filter option provided.

2. Refresh

If the most recent data is not displayed, simply click on the refresh icon located at the top right corner of the page to fetch the updated information.

3. + Add New

The "+ Add New" option enables you to define new cost centres. Clicking on this option will open a cost centre creation popup, allowing you to set up additional cost centres.

4. Export

Data can be exported to Excel format. Click on the export button at the top right corner. Select the file location and click on Save.

5. View Icon

Clicking the view icon opens a popup window to view the created item.

6. More feature

The "More" feature offers options for editing and deleting. Clicking on "Edit" opens a popup window where you can modify the name of the cost centre. If you wish to delete the cost centre, you can choose the "Delete" option from the "More" feature.

7. Pagination Control

It manages page navigation and allows the user to set the page size to 10, 20, 50, or 100. By entering the page number in the box and clicking on the Go button, it facilitates jumping to the specified page.

8. Exit

If the user wishes to exit from the current page, they can click on the "exit" option, redirecting them to the previous page.

New Cost Centre

The "+ Add New" option enables you to define new cost centres. Clicking on this option will open a cost centre creation popup, allowing you to set up additional cost centres.

Organization Unit type

The term "Organization Unit Type" is identified as a cost centre, and it is currently displayed in a disabled form.

Organization Unit Name

You can specify the cost centre name in this field.

Financial Year Wise

If you choose "Financial Year wise," the data for the defined cost centre will be displayed as the current financial year's data in the statement.

Consolidated

If you choose "Consolidated," the data for the defined cost centre will be displayed as the consolidated financial year data in the statement.

Save

You can create the cost centre by clicking on the Save button.
