Key Features

• Details of stock sold like quantity, rate, value, consumption, Gross profit, percentage of gross profit can analyze separately
• Details of closing stock in terms of quantity, rate, value can also be analyzed separately
• By using the filter option, users can sort out item wise stock summary
• If the user wants to Export stock summary data to their Excel sheet then it can be done by using the Export under the Filter option

1. Refresh Option

• If the latest data is not displayed then click on the refresh button

2. Filter Option

• Filter the data by items and also users can export the details in stock summary to their excel sheet

3. Modify Option

• It is similar to the filter option users can modify stock summary by item wise and can also export data to their Excel sheet

4. Up Option

• Clicking the up button enables moving the selection upward using mouse instead of using keyboard keys.

5. Down Option

• Clicking the up button enables moving the selection downward using mouse instead of using keyboard keys.

6. Enter Option

• Clicking the Enter button enables the drill-down function using the mouse.

7. Exit Option

• Users can exit from this window and it will redirect to the previous page

8. Pagination Control

• It controls the Page Navigation and the Page Size. Page Size can be set to 10, 20, 50 or 100, by giving page number in the box. When the user clicks the Go button, the intended page will appear.

Stock Item Monthly Summary In ACCOXI

The Stock Item Monthly Summary will show the monthly-wise inward and outward details along with the closing balance of the selected stock item. It is a drill-down option, users can easily access stock vouchers of selected products directly from here. A bar chart is also available below the stock item monthly summary table which shows the closing quantity both in terms of month and value

1. Refresh option

• If the latest data is not displayed then click on the refresh button

2. Filter Option

• Filter the data by items and also users can export the details of stock item monthly summary into their excel sheet

3. Drill Down Option to access Stock Voucher

• Stock item monthly summary contains a drill option, user can easily access the stock voucher of a particular product using the ‘Enter key’ or ‘Double Click on the required month. The stock item monthly summary page will redirect to the stock voucher page. The Stock Vouchers show the list of vouchers that are created in-stock item monthly summary It also displays other details, like voucher type, the total inward and outward quantities, and the closing values.

4. Closing Stock

• It is a graphical representation of the monthly wise closing stock of an item. Users can identify easily how much quantity is available as closing stock on a particular month by pointing mouse pointer on the bar chart.

5. Back Option

• Clicking the Back button enables to navigate to previous page using the mouse or by pressing the ESC button in keyboard allows to navigate to the previous page.

6. Exit Option

• Users can exit from the current window without making any changes

a. Refresh Option

• If the latest data is not displayed then click on the refresh button

b. Filter Option

• Users can filter monthly stock vouchers based on the item and also can export stock voucher details into their excel sheet

c. Drill down option to access a particular voucher type

• Accoxi allows their user to view the details of vouchers (sales/purchase) created on a particular date. It is a drill-down option in which the user can press ‘enter key’ or ‘double click on the required voucher type to generate a report

d. Exit Option

• Users can Exit from the Stock voucher without making any changes and it goes to the stock item monthly report
