‘Organization Unit search’ in Accoxi provides a list of created Organization Unit and OU type, which is whether cost Center or profit Center. Suppose if a user has multiple organization units then he can easily create separate OU for each under Add new option. Users can sort out the details of a particular OU with the help of a filter option.

1. Filter Option

  • The filter option enables the user to filter the data according to their needs. Users can filter by OU Name and OU Type and click on the apply option. Direct search option is also provided near to filter option user can easily type the OU name and OU type at there

 

2. Refresh option

  • If your latest data is not displayed, click on the refresh icon on the top left corner of the page to fetch the new data.

 

3. Add New option

  • Users can easily create a new organization unit by selecting Add New option

 

4. Export option

  • The export menu enables the user to export the report to PDF format and can save it in the system. When the user clicks on the export menu, a new tab will appear to save the file. Then the user can select the location to save the file and can set a name and click on the save button to save the file in PDF format            

 

5. View option

  • Users can view a particular organization unit while clicking on it. Users cannot edit an organization unit at there

 

6. More Option

  • user can edit an organization unit or can delete a particular organization unit

 

7. pagination Control

  • It controls the page navigation and the page size. Page size can be set to 10, 20, 50, or 100. By giving the page number in the box and clicking on the Go button, the user can jump to the intended page.

 

8. Exit option

  • Users can exit from Organization Unit Search without making any changes

Provide Organization Unit Name According To OU Type For Example If your OU Type Is Cost Center Then Provide OU Name As Accounting Department, HR Department Etc.

Ledger

It Will Display All The Ledger Accounts Including Accounts That You Created

Account Group

Account Group Of Particular Ledger. It Will Appear Automatically

Allotted %

User Can Allocate Certain Percentage To A Particular Ledger/Accounting Group

Allotted Amount

Instead Of Percentage User Can Also Allocate Amount To A Particular Ledger/Accounting Group

Map Item

It Is Provided Along With Stock Ledger And It Means That, If The User Wants To Know About The Profit Generated From A Particular Product  Then Click On The Map Item And It Displays The List Of Items That You Created, From That List User Can Mark The Required Product And Click Save

01How can I filter a particular Organization Unit in ACCOXI?

  • Click on Accounts Section
  • Under Organization Unit
  • Select Organization Search
  • Then an Organization Unit Search page will appear
  • Filter option is available on the top of the left side of the Organization Unit Search page
  • Use can Filter Organization Unit by OU type and OU name. Either you can give any of the said criteria directly into the search bar near the filter option or by clicking the filter down arrow option you can give the details into the fields directly

02How can I Add a new Organization Unit in ACCOXI?

  • Click on Accounts Section
  • Under Organization Unit
  • Select Organization Search
  • On the Right side of the screen click on the ‘+ Add New’ icon
  • Select the ‘OU Type’ from the Drop down list and also provide ‘OU Name’
  • The allocation must be provided for each ledger in OU and allocation can be done by the amount or by percentage
  • Click save

03How can I Export the details of created Organization Unit?

  • Click on Accounts Section
  • Under Organization Unit
  • Select Organization Search
  • Click on the Export button at the top right corner near the +new button.
  • Select the file location and click on save.

04How do I Delete a particular Organization Unit?

  • Click on Accounts Section
  • Under Organization Unit
  • Select Organization Search
  • On the right side of the screen, there is a more option available
  • Under more options select the delete option
  • Then click ‘Yes’

05How can I Edit the Name of a particular Organization Unit?

  • Click on Accounts Section
  • Under Organization Unit
  • Select Organization Search
  • On the right side of the particular organizational unit in which the user needs to make a change in the name, there is a more option available
  • From that Click on the Edit option
  • Then the user can edit the OU name and also can change the allocation if needed
