ACCOXI provides different forms of Inventory to account for all the Stock related transactions.
Item of business means any tangible or intangible, visible or invisible 'thing. An item may be of product or service that is offered for sale. It can be physical or in virtual or cyber form. Every item is purchased or made at a cost and sold for a price.
The stock transfer is the act of moving goods from one part of the distribution chain to another. An internal purchase order is created for stock transfer between branches and warehouses. Accoxi provides a Stock Transfer system to the users and it enables the transfer of goods from Head Office to branch or from branch to head office or from branch to branch.
Stock Adjustments enable the user to increase or decrease the number of items you have "In Stock" (read more about the Inventory list). Typical situations where the user can create a Stock Adjustment include- any other positive or negative event, which affects the Stock level - theft, fire, lost items, gifts, etc.
STOCK REORDER LEVEL IN ACCOXI
The reorder point is the level of inventory that triggers an action to replenish that particular inventory stock. It is a minimum amount of an item that a firm holds in stock, such that, when a stock falls to this amount, the item must be reordered. BRAND IN ACCOXI
A brand is a product, service, or concept that is publicly distinguished from other products, services, or concepts so that it can be easily communicated and usually marketed. A brand name is the name of a distinctive product, service, or concept. Branding is the process of creating and disseminating the brand name. In ACCOXI users can define the brand of the products that they are dealing with and users can enter the brand data of the product in item form. It can be created and viewed from the inventory module => brand of the ACCOXI.
PRODUCT TYPE IN ACCOXI
Product type in ACCOXI is used to enter the Product type in which the products are categorized. Users can store the product in different Product types so ACCOXI enables the user to enter the data of the Product type. It can be created and viewed from the inventory module => Product type of the ACCOXI.
GROUP IN ACCOXI
The group in ACCOXI is used to enter the group of a product. Users can arrange the product group-wise. It can be created and viewed from the inventory module of the ACCOXI.
RACK IN ACCOXI
Rack in ACCOXI is used to enter the Rack Name of a product. Users can arrange the product in a rack-wise manner. It can be created and viewed from Inventory Module à Rack.
GODOWN IN ACCOXI
GODOWN in ACCOXI is used to enter the GODOWN details where the products are stored. Users can store the product in different godowns. So Accoxi enables the user to enter the data of the Godown. It can be created and viewed from Inventory Module à Godown of ACCOXI.
UNIT IN ACCOXI
Unit is one of the important functions in Accoxi as businesses commonly manufacture similar products in batches that may include hundreds or thousands of units per batch. It is one of the sub-parts of the inventory module, and it consists of various units of trading items.
SHELF IN ACCOXI
The shelf in ACCOXI is used to enter the shelf details where the product is aligned. Users can arrange the product on a shelf. It can be created and viewed from the inventory module àSHELF.
BARCODE PRINTING IN ACCOXI
Barcode printing in ACCOXI deals with the printing of barcode labels. Users can create a new barcode and enter the number of labels wanted and users can print accordingly.
TRANSFER OF MATERIALS IN ACCOXI
Transfer of materials is a function where a user can deal with the manufacturing and packing functions of a product.
