How to operating Godown or Multiple Warehouses?

Users can store the product in different godowns. So Accoxi enables the user to enter the data of the Godown.

GODOWN IN ACCOXI

In ACCOXI, the Godown feature is utilized to input details about the locations where products are stored. Users can organize and store products in different godowns. ACCOXI facilitates the entry and viewing of godown data through the Inventory Module in ACCOXI.

OPTIONS AVAILABLE IN GODOWN MENU

Upon clicking the inventory module and selecting the "GODOWN" menu, users will be redirected to a dedicated "GODOWN" window. In this interface, users can conveniently view all the created godowns, providing a centralized and organized overview within ACCOXI.

Menus Available In Godown Search Screen

1. FILTER

The filter option in the Godown Search window facilitates users in refining the displayed godown data.

Godown filtering can be executed in two ways. Firstly, users can input the godown name directly into the search bar near the filter option. Alternatively, by clicking the filter drop-down, users can further narrow down the data by entering details such as the godown name, godown number, and godown status.

2. NEW

The creation of a new GODOWN is initiated by selecting the "New Godown" option.

Steps to Add a New GODOWN:

  • Navigate to the Inventory Module and click on the GODOWN option.
  • Choose the "New Godown" button, redirecting the user to the form for creating a new GODOWN.
  • In the form, enter the GODOWN name and GODOWN number. Then set the status of the GODOWN.
  • Complete the process by clicking the "Save" button to store the newly created GODOWN.

Provide the name of the godown in the specified field.

Active

To enable or disable the status of the GODOWN, use the activation or deactivation option.

Displays the names of previously entered GODOWNs.

GODOWN No. In Table

Indicates the GODOWN numbers of previously entered GODOWNs.

Status

Indicates the status of previously entered GODOWN data.

Edit

Allows for the editing of previously entered GODOWN data.

Color Filter

Highlights inactive GODOWNs in red color, facilitating easy identification of active and inactive GODOWNs for the user.

Pagination Control

Manages page navigation and size. The page size can be set to 10, 20, 50, or 100. By entering the page number in the designated box and clicking the "Go" button, the user can navigate directly to the specified page.

Save

To save the created GODOWN, use the "Save" button.

Cancel

To discard the entered data in the New GODOWN window, use the "Cancel" button.

Exit

To exit from the entire GODOWN window, you can use the "Exit" button.

3. REFRESH

If the most recent data is not displayed, click on the refresh icon at the top left corner of the page to fetch the updated information.

4. EXPORT

Export the GODOWN list to Excel format by clicking the Export button at the top right corner near the +New button. Choose the file location and click Save.

5. COLOUR FILTER

Inactive GODOWNs will be displayed in red within the search results.

6. EDIT

To modify GODOWN data, easily access the Edit option. It redirects the user to update the GODOWN name column, allowing for changes to the GODOWN name and status.

7. PAGINATION CONTROL

Manage page navigation and size with the Pagination Control. Adjust the page size to 10, 20, 50, or 100. Enter a page number in the designated box and click the Go button to navigate directly to the specified page.

8. EXIT

Located below the pagination control, the Exit button allows you to leave the GODOWN search page. Click on Exit if you wish to exit the current page.
