The user has the flexibility to tailor the report data by clicking on this button. The report permits data filtration based on date range, product and already expired item.

Export to Excel

By clicking this button, users can export the report to Excel.

Export to PDF

Clicking this button allows the user to export the report to PDF.

Print

This button enables users to print the report.

Email

To send the report via email, simply click this button. The report in PDF format will be attached to the email, and you can input the recipient's email address, CC address, subject, and any additional details for the email.

Pagination

The pagination control offers the capability to navigate from one page to another.

Exit

Clicking the 'Exit' button allows the user to exit from the report.

  • Click on Report Section → under inventory head → select Product Expiry Report
  • Click on the customize option on the top left side of the page
  • Then select the required filter
  • And click on the apply option
  • Then the filtered data will appear on the page

02How can I check the expiry date of a particular product?

  • Go to the Report section
  • Then under the inventory head choose the product expiry report
  • Then it will show the list of all expiring products with their expired dates.

03How do I export the details included in the Product Expiry Report?

  • Click on Report Section → under inventory head → select Product Expiry Report At the right-hand side of the Report user can see an export option
  • Click on the export option
  • And the users can select the file location
  • Click save

04Can I see the details of products which are expired already?

  • Go to the Report section
  • Then under the inventory head choose the product expiry report
  • Click on the customize option
  • And mark the “Already Expired” option and click on Apply

05How do I take the printout of the Product Expiry Report?

  • Click on the report section
  • Under the inventory, the head choose Product Expiry Report
  • On the right-hand side of the Report, there is a Print menu.
  • Click on the Print menu and it opens the print view form.
  • You can set the page range, page height, width and can enter the required number of copies here
  • Click on the Print menu to get the printout of the report
