It provides the module of Reports and, it consists of various heads of reports like Payables, Inventory, Receivables, Accounts, Purchase, and Sales, etc. The Product Returns Report displays the details of different products returned by different customers. This report helps the users to see the total quantity returned and the corresponding total sales.

  • Click on the Report Section
  • Under the Sales section select Product Return (Sales) Report.

1. Customize Option

  • The users can filter the Product Return (Sales) Report by date between and by product
  • Then choose the required filter and click on the Apply option

2. Export Option

The export menu enables the user to export the report to PDF format and can save it in the system. When the user clicks on the export menu, a new tab will appear to save the file. Then the user can select the location to save the file and can set a name and click on the save button to save the file in PDF format. 

3. Print Option

If the user wants to take the printout of the report, it can be done by using the menu print on the top right side of the page. When the user clicks on the print menu, it opens to the report page and it contains the details regarding the print. Users can set the page range, page height, width and can enter the required number of copies here. By clicking on the print button, the user gets the printout of the Product Return (Sales) Report.

Refresh

If the latest data is not displayed, click on the refresh icon on the top left corner of the page to fetch the new data.

Pagination Control

It controls the page navigation. Users can select the page by using the page control keys or can enter the page number in the given box. After entering the page number, it will open to the screen.     

Page Setup

This menu helps the user to set the page size, page orientation, and margin size.

 by clicking on the page setup icon, a new tab will appear and the user can select the page size, orientation, and margin size with the tab.

 

Switch To Interactive Layout

It helps the user to change the page to an interactive layout. By clicking on the icon, it will change to an interactive layout.  

Zoom

Users can use the zoom option to select the required zoom size for print. By clicking on the select option, available zoom size will appear and can select required size.  

Print

By clicking on the print button, the user gets the printout of the report.

Export

The export menu enables the user to export the report to pdf format and can save it in the system.               

When the user clicks on the export menu, a new tab will appear to save the file. Then the user can select the location to save the file, can set a name, and click on the save button to save the file in pdf format.           

 

Exit

The exit menu is for exit from the print report page and it redirects to the previous page.

4. Email Option

  • The users can send the Product Return (Sales) Report as an email to various stakeholders.

5. Pagination Control

  • It controls the page navigation and the page size. Page size can be set to 10, 20, 50, or 100. By giving page number in the box and clicking on the Go button, the user can jump to the intended page
