GODOWN IN ACCOXI

GODOWN in ACCOXI is used to enter the GODOWN details where the products are stored. User can store the product in different godowns. So Accoxi enables the user to enter the data of the Godown. It can be created and viewed from Inventory Module  Godown of ACCOXI.

How to Manage Godown/Warehouse?

In the Godown dashboard of Accoxi, different products can be stored in different warehouse sections and update the data whenever necessary. The products are added on a time-to-time basis. Based on the nature or type of products, the user has the choice to categorise and update the products in different godowns.

OPTIONS AVAILABLE IN GODOWN MENU:

By clicking the inventory module and selecting the GODOWN menu user will be redirected to a GODOWN window where the user will be able to view all the GODOWNS created

1. FILTER

The filter option in the Godown Search window helps the user to filter the godown data shown in the window

The filter of the godown search can be done in two ways- either the user can directly enter the godown name into the search bar near the filter option or by clicking the filter drop-down. Users can filter the data by entering the godown name, godown number, and godown status.

2. NEW

A new godown can be created by clicking on the New Godown option.

Steps to add a NEW GODOWN:

Select Inventory Module and click the GODOWN option
Select the new GODOWN button and it will redirect the user to the new GODOWN form
In that enter GODOWN name and GODOWN NUMBER. Then set the status of the GODOWN
Click Save

FIELDS	DESCRIPTION
GODOWN name	To enter the name of the GODOWN
GODOWN number	To enter the GODOWN number
Active	To activate or deactivate the GODOWN status
#	Shows the serial number of the data in the table
GODOWN name in the table	Shows names of previously entered GODOWN
GODOWN no. in table	Shows GODOWN number of previously entered GODOWN
Status	Shows the status of previously entered GODOWN data
Edit	Can be used to edit previously entered GODOWN data
Color filter	Shows inactive GODOWN in red color so the user can easily identify active and inactive GODOWN
Pagination Control	It controls the page navigation and the page size. Page size can be set to 10, 20, 50 or 100. By giving page number in the box and clicking on Go button, user can jump to the said page.
Save	GODOWN created can be saved
Cancel	Cancels the data entered in the new GODOWN window
Exit	To exit from the whole GODOWN window.

DATA AVAILABLE IN GODOWN SEARCH TABLE

FIELD	DESCRIPTION
#	The serial number of the data is displayed here
GODOWN NAME	The name of the GODOWN created is shown in this column
GODOWN NO.	GODOWN number of the GODOWN created is displayed in this section
STATUS	The status of the GODOWN is shown here as active or inactive

3. REFRESH

If your latest data is not displayed, click on the refresh icon on the top left corner of the page to fetch the new data.

4. EXPORT

The GODOWN list can be exported to Excel format. Click the Export button at the top right corner near the +New button. Select the file location and click Save.

5. COLOUR FILTER

The inactive GODOWN will appear in red color in the search.

6. Edit

To edit the GODOWN data this option can be easily accessed and it will redirect the user to change the GODOWN name column and the user can update the GODOWN name and status of the GODOWN

7. Pagination Control

It controls the page navigation and the page size. Page size can be set to 10, 20, 50 or 100. By giving page number in the box and clicking Go button, user can jump to the said page.

8. Exit

Below the pagination control, there is exit button. If you want to exit the GODOWN search page click on exit button.

01How to add a new Godown?

Go to Inventory Module-Godown
Click on New Godown.
Enter “Godown Name” and “Godown No”
Select the check box near to “Active” option if the Godown is active.
Click on Save

02How to export the Godown data?

Go to Inventory Module-Godown
Click on Export option at the top right corner of the page
Warning message related to Export appears, click on Ok button.
Choose the File Destination
Click on Save

03How to inactive a Godown?

Inventory Module-Godown
Select the required data in edit mode
Untick the checkbox against active option and Save the Godown form

04How to delete a Gdown?

You cannot delete Godown data once created. It can only be edited.

05How to edit a data related to Godown?

Inventory Module-Godown
Select the required Godown data in edit
Make necessary changes
Click on save button.
