RACK IN ACCOXI

Rack in ACCOXI is used to enter the Rack Name of a product. User can arrange the product in a rack wise manner. It can be created and viewed from Inventory Module  Rack.

Rack1

OPTIONS AVAILABLE IN RACK MENU:

By clicking inventory module and selecting RACK menu user will be redirected to a RACK window where the user will be able to view all the products rack data created.

Rack2

1.FILTER

The filter option in RACK search window helps the user to filter the RACK data shown in the window

  • Filter of RACK search can be done in two ways- either user can directly enter the RACK name into the search bar near filter option or by clicking the filter drop down. User can filter the data by entering the RACK name, RACK number and RACK status.

2.NEW

A new rack can be created by clicking on the New Rack option.

 

Steps to add a NEW RACK:

  • Select Inventory Module and click RACK option
  • Select the new RACK button and it will redirect the user to new RACK form
  • In that enter RACK name and RACK NUMBER. Then user can set the status of the rack
  • Click Save

DESCRIPTION

Rack name

To enter the name of the rack

Rack number

To enter the rack number.

Active

To activate or deactivate the rack status

Shows the serial number of the data in the table

Rack  name in table

Shows names of previously entered racks

Rack no. in table

Shows rack number of previously entered racks

Status

Shows status of previously entered rack data

Edit

Can be used to edit previously entered rack data

Color filter

Shows inactive racks in red color so user can easily identify active and inactive racks.

Pagination Control

It controls the page navigation and the page size. Page size can be set to 10, 20, 50 or 100. By giving page number in the box and clicking on Go button, user can jump to the entered page.

 

Save

To save the new rack created, Save button can be used

Cancel

To cancel the data entered in new rack window

Exit

This button exits from whole rack window.

 

DATA AVAILABLE IN RACK SEARCH TABLE

FIELD

The serial number of the data in the table is displayed here

RACK NAME

The name of the RACK created is shown in this column

CATEGORY NO.

RACK number of the rack created is displayed in this section

STATUS

The status of the RACK is shown in here i.e. Active or Inactive”

3.REFRESH

If your latest data is not displayed, click on the refresh icon on the top left corner of the page to fetch the new data.

4.EXPORT

The rack list can be exported to Excel format. Click on the Export button at the   top right corner near the +New button. Select the file location and click on save.

5.COLOUR FILTER

The inactive racks will be appear in the search in red color.

6.Edit

To edit the rack data this option can be easily accessed and it will redirect the user to change the rack name column and user can update rack name and status of the rack

7.Pagination Control

It controls the page navigation and the page size. Page size can be set to 10, 20, 50 or 100. By giving page number in the box and clicking on Go button, user jumps to the said page.

8.Exit

Below the pagination control, there is exit button. If you want to exit the rack search page click on exit button.

01How to add a new Rack?

  • Go to Inventory Module-Rack
  • Click on New Rack.
  • Enter “Rack Name” and “Rack No”
  • Select the check box near to “Active” option if the Rack is active.
  • Click on Save

02How to export the Rack data?

  • Go to Inventory Module-Rack
  • Click on Export option at the top right corner of the page
  • Warning message related to Export appears, click on Ok button.
  • Choose the File Destination
  • Click on Save

03How to inactive a Rack?

  • Inventory Module-Rack
  • Select the required data in edit mode
  • Untick the checkbox against active option and Save the Rack form

04How to delete a Rack?

You cannot delete Rack data once created. It can only be edited.

05How to edit a data related to Rack?

  • Inventory Module-Rack
  • Select the required Rack data in edit
  • Make necessary changes
  • Click on save button.
