Shortcut Settings in Accoxi

Accoxi is most modern accounting software that provides easy and deliberate results for accounting. It provides the function of Shortcut settings and user can set the shortcut keys for required forms by it. It enable the user to quick access and easy operation and it also helps to get quick results. User can select and set the short cut keys for various forms as per the requirement. Click on the Settings menu on the top right side of the page. Then list of settings tab will open. Select the option Shortcut Settings from General settings option, then it opens to shortcut settings page.

              Description

Refresh

If the latest data is not displayed, click on the refresh icon on the top right corner of the page to fetch the new data.                

Form

This column shows the various types of forms available in the software. User can select the required one for add shortcut keys.

Keys

This column shows the shortcut keys option. By clicking on the field, select option will appear and user can select the required key for set as shortcut option. Some key fields are blocked one, user cannot edit or change in such fields.

Save

Click on the Save menu to save the details that entered and to save the changes.

Exit

Exit menu is using for go to the previous page without saving the shortcut settings.
