Email Templates in Accoxi

Users only need to edit the subject, content, etc. of their email templates

Email templates

In ACCOXI, details of the transactions made with customers and suppliers can be mailed to the interested parties. Users can edit the subject, content, etc. of these email templates in these settings. In Accoxi settings, Email templates are included in the General head. Settings>General>Email Template

Email

  • SALES

1. Sales invoice:

The sales invoice mail option is available in the sales transaction view window in the sales module.

  • Subject: user can edit the subject of sales and by clicking update it will be set as a default subject line for every sales transaction mails.
  • Font options: there are different font options available to edit the content in the mail

Options like bold, italic, underline, center etc. Will help the user to make the mail more attractive and informative.

  • Content :

User can edit the content of the mail by right-clicking the content area. After making any changes to the e-mail template use the update button to save the changes made and click exit to close the window without saving the changes made.

Sales

2.Credit note:

Credit note mail option is available in the credit note view window in the sales module.

  • Subject: user can edit the subject of credit note and by clicking update it will be set as a default subject line for every credit note mails.
  • Font options: there are different font options available to edit the content in the mail

Options like bold, italic, underline, center etc. Will help the user to make the mail more attractive and informative.

  • Content :

User can edit the content of the mail by right clicking the content area.

After making any changes to the e mail template use the update button to save the changes made

And click exit to close the window without saving the changes made

Credit Note

3.Delivery note:

delivery note mail option is available in the delivery note view window in the sales module.

  • Subject: user can edit the subject of delivery note and by clicking update it will be set as a default subject line for every delivery note
  • Font options: there are different font options available to edit the content in the mail

  • Font Options: Various font options are available for modifying the email content. Features like bold, italic, underline, center alignment, etc., assist users in creating more visually appealing and informative emails.
  • Content Editing: Users can modify the content of the email by right-clicking within the content area. After making changes to the email template, the 'Update' button saves the alterations, while 'Exit' closes the window without saving any modifications.

8. Delivery Challan:

The ability to send a Delivery Challan via email can be found in the Delivery Challan view window within the sales module.

  • Subject Editing: Users can customize the subject line of the Delivery Challan email, offering flexibility. Clicking 'Update' sets the edited subject as the default for all Delivery Challan emails.
  • Font Options: Diverse font options are available to enhance the email content. Features such as bold, italic, underline, center alignment, etc., empower users to create visually appealing and informative emails.
  • Content Editing: Users can make adjustments to the email content by right-clicking within the content area. After modifying the email template, the 'Update' button saves the changes, while 'Exit' closes the window without saving any alterations.

  • PURCHASE

9. Purchase :

The purchase mail option is available in the Purchase view window in the Purchase module.

  • Subject: user can edit the subject of Purchase and by clicking update it will be set as a default subject line for every Purchase invoice mails.
  • Font options: there are different font options available to edit the content in the mail
