STOCK TRANSFER

Stock transfer involves the movement of goods from one segment of the distribution chain to another. Internal purchase orders are generated for stock transfers between branches and warehouses. ACCOXI provides users with a Stock Transfer system, facilitating seamless transfers of goods between the Head Office, branches, or among branches.

STOCK ADJUSTMENTS

Stock adjustments empower users to increase or decrease the quantity of items listed as "In Stock" (refer to the Inventory list). Such adjustments are essential for events impacting stock levels, whether positive or negative, such as theft, fire, lost items, or gifts.

STOCK REORDER LEVEL IN ACCOXI

The reorder point signifies the inventory level prompting the need to replenish specific stock. It represents the minimum amount of an item held in stock, triggering a reorder when stock falls to this threshold. ACCOXI offers a Reorder Level system, enabling users to maintain optimal stock quantities and ensuring smooth business operations.

CATEGORY IN ACCOXI

Within ACCOXI, a category is utilized to designate the product category. Users can categorize products based on category names and numbers, providing organizational clarity. This feature is accessible and editable through the Inventory Module within ACCOXI.

BRAND IN ACCOXI

A brand distinguishes a product, service, or concept from others for effective communication and marketing. In ACCOXI, users can define and input brand information for the products they handle. Brand data can be entered within the item form and is viewable in the Inventory module of ACCOXI.

PRODUCT TYPE IN ACCOXI

GROUP IN ACCOXI

ACCOXI incorporates a grouping feature that allows users to categorize products based on their groups. This grouping facilitates organized arrangements. Users can create and view groups within the inventory module of ACCOXI.

RACK IN ACCOXI

The rack feature in ACCOXI enables users to specify the rack name for a product, facilitating organized product placement. Users can create and view rack details within the Inventory Module under Rack.

GODOWN IN ACCOXI

In ACCOXI, GODOWN is employed to record details about the storage locations where products are housed. Users can store products in various godowns, and ACCOXI supports the entry and viewing of godown data through its Inventory Module.

UNIT IN ACCOXI

Unit functionality is vital in ACCOXI, particularly for businesses dealing with batch manufacturing of similar products. This sub-part of the inventory module encompasses various units for trading items.

SHELF IN ACCOXI

The shelf feature in ACCOXI allows users to input details about the shelf where a product is positioned. Users can organize products efficiently by creating and viewing shelf information within the inventory module.

BARCODE PRINTING IN ACCOXI
