Route Wise Party Report in ACCOXI

ACCOXI is the most modern accounting software that provides easy and deliberate results for accounting. It provides the Reports module and consists of various heads of reports like Payables, Inventory, Receivables, Accounts, Purchase, and Sales, etc. Route Wise Party Report is available under Inventory head. It displays the details of route-wise Supplier and Customers balance in a particular Financial Year. Users can also customize these reports according to their needs

1. Customize

Users can filter the report by using the option customize the report. By clicking on the customize report, can filter the report by Type, route, name, phone.

Type - user can customize according to customer/supplier

Route - user can select a particular route

Name - user can type particular route of their customer/supplier

Phone - users can also filter it by phone number of their customer/supplier

2. Export

When the user clicks on the Export option, a new tab will appear to save the file. Then the user can select the location to save the file and can set a name and click on the save button to save the file in PDF format.

3. Print

If the user wants to take the printout of the report, it can be done by using the menu print on the top right side of the page. When the user clicks on the print menu, it opens to the report page and contains the details regarding the print. Users can set the page range, page height, width and can enter the required number of copies here. By clicking on the print button, the user gets the printout of the route-wise sales report.

4. E-mail

It automatically attaches route wise customer/supplier reports and can send e-mail accordingly

5. Pagination control

It controls the Page Navigation and the Page Size. Page Size can be set to 10, 20, 50 or 100, by giving page number in the box. When the user clicks the Go button, the intended page will appear.

6. Exit

Users can exit from the current window without making any changes and it redirects to the previous page.

At the right-hand side of the Report, user can see an export option
Click on the export option and the user can select the file location

On the right-hand side of the Report, there is a Print menu.
Click on the Print menu and it opens the print view form.

The Route Wise Party Report will automatically attach while the user selecting the e-mail option. It will be shown at the left bottom side of send e-mail page as an attachment
