BALANCE SHEET REPORTS

A balance sheet is a financial statement that reports a company's assets, liabilities and shareholders' equity at a specific point in time, and provides a basis for computing rates of return and evaluating its capital structure. It is a financial statement that provides a snapshot of what a company owns and owes, as well as the amount invested by shareholders. The balance sheet is used alongside other important financial statements such as the income statement and statement of cash flows in conducting fundamental analysis or calculating financial ratios.

In ACCOXI BALANCE SHEET can be accessed from report module and by selecting accounts reports.

DESCRIPTION

Customize report

User can filter the report data using the customize report option. The reports can be filter on a particular date. Then by clicking run report and user will get the filtered details of the report.

Print

User can print the reports in the reports module  by clicking print button user will be redirected to report view menu where user can print the reports and user can also export the report data into an excel sheet, pdf file etc.

Accounts title

The balance sheet accounts title are represented in this column. It is mainly divided into assets and liabilities and both have sub headings under it like current asset, current liability etc.

Amount

The amounts of sub headings are displayed in this column

Total

The total amount of all the sub headings are summed up and showed in this column.an total liability amount and total asset amount is also shown in this column and it should be tallied.

Exit

User can close the aging details reports window by clicking exit button.

Options available in print report menu:

Printview

1.Page setup option bar:

User can adjust the page view using the page setup option bar.

  • User can refresh the page to update any changes made.
  • User can navigate the page using first page, previous page, next page and last page
  • And it also shows current page number and total number of pages of the report.
  • And by giving page number in the current page number box and pressing enter. It jumps to the said page.
  • The page setup button allows the user to define the paper size, orientation and margins of the report.
  • User can switch between interactive layout and print preview layout using switch button
  • The adjustment of the zoom size of the report is also available in the page setup bar.

2.Print: User can print the reports in the reports module by clicking print button user will be redirected to print setup window where user can adjust the print options.

3.Export: ACCOXI provides the feature for the user to export the report data into different file formats like excel, pdf, rtf, csv, MHTML, image etc.by clicking export button user will be redirected to save as window where user can input the file save location and file format.

4.Exit:  User can close the balance sheet reports window by clicking exit button.

01How can I take a printout of Balance sheet in Reports module?

  • Click on the Reports module.
  • Select the report Balance sheet under Accounts head.
  • At the right hand side of the report, there is a Print menu.
  • Click on the Print menu and it opens the print view form.
  • You can set the page range, page height, width and can enter the required number of copies here.
  • Click on the Print menu to get the printout of the report.
