Product Brand Report in ACCOXI

ACCOXI is the most modern accounting software that provides easy and deliberate results for accounting. It provides the module of Reports and it consists of various heads of reports like Payables, Inventory, Receivables, Accounts, Purchase, and Sales, etc. The brand report is available under the inventory head. It a summary of a brand-wise report for available stock of products. It helps the user to easily identify which brand has more available stocks. Users can also identify category-wise available stock of a particular product brand.

Brand Name	Brand Name Of A Particular Product
Category	Category Name Of A Particular Product If Any
Sub Category	Sub Category Name Of A Particular Product If Any
Available Stock	Currently Available Stock Of Each Brand

Menus Available In Product brand report

1. Customize option

Users can easily customize according to their brand. While choosing this option a small window appears from there user needs to select a particular brand and click on Apply. Then products with particular brands will appear separately.

2. Export

The export menu enables the user to export the report to PDF format and can save it in the system. When the user clicks on the export menu, a new tab will appear to save the file. The user can then select the location to save the file, set a name, and click on the save button to save the file in PDF format.

3. Print

If the user wants to take the printout of the report, it can be done by using the menu print on the top right side of the page. When the user clicks on the print menu, it opens to the report page and it contains the details regarding the print. Users can set the page range, page height, and width and enter the required number of copies. By clicking on the print button, a user gets the printout of the product brand report

4. E-mail

If the user wants to send an e-mail by attaching whole/particular product report details to another then, it can be done by selecting the e-mail option. The report will be attached automatically

5. Pagination Control

It controls the Page Navigation and the Page Size. Page Size can be set to 10, 20, 50 or 100, by giving page number in the box. When the user clicks the Go button, the intended page will appear.

6. Exit

Users can exit from the current window and it redirects to the previous page

Then the user can customize the Product Brand Report with a particular brand
Then click on Apply.

Click on Report Section → under Inventory head → select Product Brand → Then product Brand Report page will appears
At the right-hand side of the report, there is an Export option
Click on Export and the user can choose the file location and click save

04How can I print the Product Brand Report?

Click on Report Section → under Inventory head → select Product Brand → Then product Brand Report page will appears
On the right-hand side of the Report, there is a Print menu.
Click on the Print menu and it opens the print view form.
You can set the page range, page height, width and can enter the required number of copies here
Click on the Print menu to get the printout of the report.

05How do I send an E-mail by Attaching Product Brand Report?

Accoxi enables the user to send an e-mail directly from the Report page
Click on Report Section → under Inventory head → select Product Brand → Then product Brand Report page will appears
Click on the e-mail menu and is open to send e-mail page
Here the user can type the ‘To’ and ‘CC’ e-mail address and provide ‘Subject’ if any.
The Product Brand Report will automatically attach while the user selecting the e-mail option. It will be shown at the left bottom side of send e-mail page as an attachment
Click on send option
